Can I try OneShelf for free?
Of course! Just select the forever free plan allowing you to test the app with up to 10 assets as long as you want. No credit card required.
Are there annual plans? Any discounts?
Not yet, but discounted annual plans are on the way!
What payment methods do you support?
We support all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express. If you require a different payment method, like wire transfer or SEPA direct debit, please contact us.
What is an asset?
Any item you want to keep track of with OneShelf is an asset. This can be anything from a computer to a desk or chair.
What is import/export for?
Starting with Growth all plans include import/export. This allows you to import CSV or Excel files with assets into the system and to export all your data as CSV or Excel.
What does account setup mean?
Our Elite plan includes an account setup. We will support you via email or over the phone with setting up your account, e.g. entering your offices, departments, or importing your existing asset list. After signing up you will get an email from us asking how we may be of assistance. An account manager will be available during your first month to answer any questions.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your plan anytime. You will not be billed anymore after that. Already billed amounts can not be refunded.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan anytime. Downgrades are also possible as long as your usage allows it. In case of an upgrade a prorated amount will be charged. There is however no refund for already billed amounts in case of a downgrade.
What is your refund policy?
Generally we do not refund already billed amounts. If you are dissatisfied within the first month of using our product please contact us. We will do our best to address your issues and find a solution or workaround. If you are not satisfied we will give you a full refund.
